1. How long has DNSwoodcreations been in business? 

 We started DNSwoodcreations in Florida in 2019.

2. Who is DezignSnSigns?

  We created our EIN under that name, and when we moved to Arizona, we changed to               DNSwoodcreations to better fit what we do.

3. What types of material do we work with?

We work all types of materials, including wood, acrylic cloth, tumblers, and plastic pretty much any medium you can think of!

4. Are there variations in the wood products & why?

Yes, there is variations in the wood products, reasons being it is a natural product. There WILL be variations in the wood. There can also be small cracks in certain species. Additionally, variations in color. We do at times add fillers to the cracks, such as epoxy and water-based wood filler that does not shrink. Rarely if you were to purchase two of the same wood (natural wood) creations will they be an identical match in color, grain etc., they WILL match design and structurally. 

5. Do we do custom work?

Absolutely! Custom work is our passion, and we love turning your ideas into masterpieces. Just ask!

6. What is the warranty on our products?

For custom orders, we ensure confirmation of the design before starting your creation. A sign-off on the final design is required,  there are no returns on custom creations, except in cases of workmanship, which we guarantee will not happen. It all must happen within 30 days of receipt.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.

8. Are the items insured during shipping?

Yes, we require that if the creation(s) are damaged that you save the packing and take picture of the damage, box and packaging. Without those items there will be no way to file a claim.
